PISTE 5 STELLE is a mint-scented alkaline detergent appositely studied for self-service carwash (tunnel, tandem, etc), specific for the external washing of vehicles. It has excellence cleaning, surfactant and dirt-suspending properties, and it is easy to rinse. In the self-service washing, it is ideal for the direct suction with hydro cleaner, and it is advisable for the low-pressure nebulizing and the following high-pressure rinse as well. Moreover, if used with nebulizer, it is an optimal pre-wash detergent in traditional plants.

Do not let dry the product on the surface; work possibly in the shadow. Be careful to nebulize homogeneously bottom-up. On overheated surfaces, cool the bodywork before nebulize the detergent solution. It is recommended to respect the use dilution.

IN THE SELF-SERVICE AREAS: - Hydro cleaner high-pressure aspiration washing. Regulate the pure product suction between values of 30ml and 50ml per cycle, according to the duration per coin set up. The optimal high-pressure washer working temperature is between 50°C and 55°C. Rinse it carefully. Please note: the cleaning result depends on the hydro cleaner pressure and the kind of nozzle. - Low-pressure washing and high-pressure rinse. Water homogeneously the car surface using low-pressure, verifying that the dosage is between 25-35ml per cycle. Rinse it carefully with high-pressure, better with hot water. - Brush washing: wet homogeneously the surface with the low-pressure product solution, or do a good high-pressure pre-wash. Wipe with brush to remove the dirt. Finally, rinse it carefully. Please note: with this washing system, the detergent dosage may be reduced. IN THE TUNNELS AND TANDEM Dilute the product from 1% to 3%, nebulize it homogeneously, and finally rinse it or start with the washing cycle.
